Your satisfaction and skin health are our priorities. Because we deal with professional-grade skincare, our return policy is designed to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Product Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Due to the active nature of our professional products and hygiene protocols, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless a documented allergic reaction has occurred.
Treatment & Service Refunds
Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may address your concerns. Packages and gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email lizglowlab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
