By accessing the Glow Lab Skincare website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. These terms govern your use of our site, including product purchases and appointment bookings.

Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, text, and imagery, is the property of Glow Lab Skincare and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any brand assets is strictly prohibited.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Glow Lab Skincare, we value your time and the opportunity to provide the highest level of service. To ensure we can effectively allocate our resources to all clients, we adhere to the following policy:

  • Notice Requirements: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. For holiday weekends, a 48-hour notice is required.
  • Cancellation Fees: Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.
  • Booking Guarantees: A valid credit card or gift certificate is required to secure your appointment. While we do not charge your card until the time of service, the card on file will be charged accordingly in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full value of the service.
  • Gift Certificates: If an appointment booked via gift certificate is cancelled or rescheduled with less than the required notice, 50% of the service value will be deducted from the certificate. No-shows for gift certificate bookings will result in the forfeiture of the full service value.

Limitation of Liability

Glow Lab Skincare and its practitioners are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or improper post-care by the client. Our liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the amount paid for said product or service.
